Razer Electra V2 USB not being recognized by Windows anymore

I was using it normally when out of nothing, no more sound, i checked the device manager and it's not being recognized anymore, i can't even try the firmware update because it does not recognize as a Razer headset, i tried reinstalling some drivers and the usb ports and it didn't work, i tried pluging in all my usb ports and tried to plug into my notebook too, it also didn't work. It's strange as i was just watching a video and it stopped out of nothing. I will try to connect into linux to see if there's any change but i'm not optimistic because i tried two different computers already

I tried on Linux in a different computer than the first two and still nothing happenend, i think something happened with the headset in-built audioboard because the LED's on the sides wont turn on too, I'm still in warranty, I'll try to send to the support team to check what is the problem and if they tell me I'll update here... Because of the quarantine I believe it's gonna take some time

I got the same problem, the headset is shown in Windows Sound Options but not working. No chance to update the drivers cause device is not plugged...
