Razer electra v2 usb not detected

Hello, i have razer electra v2 usb. While I was watching a video from youtube, sound stopped so I Unplugged and plugged but it didn't work. Then I installed Synapse again but it didn't work again. I tried it on 2 other pc and the same problem. What should I do?

    When you tested the headset on two other computers, were the PCs able to detect the device? If so, how did the headset appear on the Device Manager?

    I'm afraid that even a firmware update won't be able to fix this. Please PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate the model and look into other possible solutions.
