Razer Electra V2 USB not working

Hello, so ive had this problem with my new electra v2 since i bought it. It would stop working randomly but i just unplugged the usb and plugged it back it and it would work fine, one time i had a problem with hearing my mic thru my headset but i fixed the problem by installing drivers and a firmware. Now the headset stopped working completely all i could hear is some buzzing from time to time and thats it no audio. Someone help???
