Hello, when I play a game, I stop hearing about my headset. To hear something about the headset again, I always have to plug it out and in. What do you think can help me to fix the problem? Sorry for my bad english I'm from germany and I used the google translator. Yours sincerely sachmet157

    Hello there! Is the Electra V2 USB being properly recognized by your PC as well as Synapse? Can you share a screenshot of your Playback devices?

    I do not use synapse because the quality of the micro has worsened when I installed synapse. The headset is recognized by the PC.

    I've already tried the headset on other devices and had the same problem. I do not hear any sound after a while.
