The email attached to my Razer ID is no longer in use and I don’t have access to it. I need to change it to my current email. Reached out to support and they told me to submit a ticket but the ticket number has been sent to the email that i have no access to, i am also unable to do any 2FA set up or update any details as the code is been send to the email i no longer have access to. My account was created on 8 oct by using facebook login and the system used my facebook email which i no longer have access to. I have already recharged USD100 worth of razer gold coins and cant use it as i have no 2FA set up yet.
