I created my Razer account around 2021 using an old Google email that I deleted in 2024. I no longer have access to that email.

Currently, when I try to log in on the website, the 2-step verification code is sent to the deleted email, so I cannot complete the login process.

However, I still have access to my account through Razer Synapse on my device, and I am currently logged in there.

I’m here to help! Since your old Google email has already been deleted and your 2-step verification codes are being sent there, you won’t be able to complete the login on the website with that email anymore. Because of this, we’ll need to escalate your case to our Support Team so they can assist with an account migration. Before we proceed, please send me a PM and confirm whether you have any of the following data linked to your old Razer ID:

  • Razer ID, profiles, and Razer Synapse cloud settings
  • License code for 7.1 Surround Sound or Surround Pro
  • Razer Cortex settings, gameplay, and Wish List
  • Newsletter subscriptions
  • RazerStore address book
  • Razer Game Store profile
  • Razer Gold/Silver wallet balance

Then, please fill in the following information:

  • Razer ID:
  • Old email address:
  • New email address (active and accessible):
  • Date of Birth:
  • Full Name:
  • Phone number:
  • Country/Region:

Once you share these details, I’ll create a ticket on your behalf and pass everything to our Team so they can proceed with the account migration process. All the best!
