Razer Emote Display not working after Synapse update
Hi,
as per title, my Emote Display is pitch black since the Synapse update of few days ago.
I thought it was due to the Windows Update, but after rolling back to previous version I can rule that out.
Tried also on different USB ports: device is recognized by Windows and installed, although it doesn't light up.
Any tips?

You want to start by clean installing Synapse 3 and the Streamer Companion app by following this guide. If the problem persists, use this to collect Synapse logs. Upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link.
