My Razer Enki has suffered an internal failure on the passive side of the backrest frame opposite the locking mechanism. The external bolts are fully secured, but the left side backrest skeleton is free-floating. I am out of warranty but would like to purchase an out-of-warranty Replacement Enki Backrest Assembly!--tgqphd||[]-->!--tgqphd||[]-->!--tgqphd||[["shopping_product",2,"","egciajibapwb","razer>!--tgqphd||[[null,null,0,1,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,null,["razer> directly.

Hey there, @leetOldLaceDIAMOND477

I understand that you want to purchase a replacement part for your Razer Enki.  You can submit a ticket through this link for further assistance.

Once there, navigate to "Lifestyle products" > "chairs" > enter your serial number, and then submit your request. Our Support Team will then be able to assist you with your chair spare part request.

Alternatively, you can send me a PM together with your chair's serial number, and I can help you initiate a support ticket and forward it to the relevant team. Thank you!
