Is there a way to get a replacement Backrest for my chair? It appears the internal bracket on the backrest where the tilt mechanism bolts up broke, as now the backrest just flops around. Seen many posts on the forum by other users having the same issue. Would be happy to buy a replacement since the rest of the chair is perfectly fine, and I really like this chair. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
