My Razer Enki is tilting on its side opposite the locking lever and is resting back from the smallest force. I checked the gears and found no signs of damage. I'm noticing that the mechanism can move freely while the side with the locking mechanism stays in place. My best guess is there is something more internal in the backrest that is broken. If there is a way to fix this or a part I need to replace, please let me know. Here are some photos as an example.
