I bought an Enki in January of 2022. It’s been great to me all this time. Today, I sat down and I heard a loud POP and then a screw fell out of the bottom. I looked at it and saw that the base was broken (opened up a bit) and then the screw was broken. Sheared at the tip. I obviously don’t have any sort of warranty… Dunno if its even safe to sit in at this point. If I can purchase a new base mechanism… Hope that there’s some advice here.
