Hi, I own a Razer Enki gaming chair in the UK. I need to purchase genuine replacement left and right 4D armrest assemblies. My chair is out of warranty, and the support website won’t let me submit a ticket because it stops at the warranty check. Could a moderator please help me create a spare-parts request? I have the serial number
