Razer Enki X arm replacement

One of the arms of my Razer Enki X chair has broken,  It is out of warranty by 6 months, but I’d like to consider buying a replacement arm.  Cannot get past the “out of warranty” message on the Razer official support page.  Need help.  Thank you.
