Razer Enki X Base replacement

Hello,

I purchased a gaming chair from you, and some time ago several of the support struts on the base partially broke.

I believe this also caused the hydraulic mount to become loose. It has now slipped almost all the way to the floor, which makes rolling the chair nearly impossible.

I would like to ask if it is possible to purchase a replacement part for this.

I understand that you want to purchase a replacement part for your Razer Enki X.  You can submit a ticket through this link https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support for further assistance.  

Once there, navigate to "Lifestyle products" > "chairs" > enter your serial number, and then submit your request. Our Support Team will then be able to assist you with your chair spare part request.
