Razer Enki X Base Replacement

Hi Razer Support,

I own a Razer Enki X chair (purchased in 2022) and one of the metal legs on the base is partially detached from the weld as per attached picture below.

I already checked on your website and my chair is currently out of its limited warranty, and for that reason I would like to know if it is it possible for you guys to provide me the measurements of the base so I can find a replacement for it, or if, alternatively, it is possible to purchase a new base directly from you guys.

I appreciate your time and help.
