Dear Razer Team,
we have an Enki X chair, and as of today, the gas lift mechanism is no longer working. The chair sinks all the way to the bottom as soon as someone sits on it.
I would like to ask whether the gas lift is still covered under warranty within the 3 years - if not, I would like to know where I can buy a new gaslift.
