Razer Enki X - Leg Base Snapped

Hey all,

 

Does anyone know how to claim/purchase spare parts for a Razer Enki X. I’ve had this chair for 2-3 years now and I’ve treated it super super well, but for some reason, the weld on one of the legs has completely snapped out of nowhere.

Totally weird that the actual metal has snapped - I’ve never jumped on it, or used it roughly, it literally just cracked and snapped one day while I was sitting on it.

At this point, my entire leg base has cracked and the whole thing is close to falling apart. I’d prefer to not have to buy a whole new chair, but I cant find anywhere to get spare parts.

 

Has anyone had similar issues?

    I understand that you want to purchase a replacement part for your Razer Iskur.  You can submit a ticket through this link.
