Does anyone know how to claim/purchase spare parts for a Razer Enki X. I’ve had this chair for 3 years with little too no issues, and the welds on my leg base just randomly gave out, I’ve taken really good care of this chair, this isn’t the first thing i expected to break over time.
I Really rather not throw away this chair and buy another one.
If anyone is able to help me out, any support will be great appreciated.
