If you still have valid warranty - RMA it. The best thing you can do.

+1If you have any invoice for it, then warranty starts from the day that you’ve bought it.

+1If it’s bought directly at Razer.com - just submit a ticket. If not - in most cases you’ll just handle the warranty to the shop where you bought it - so it doesn’t matter if Razer’s system tells something different.
