Razer 'Exit All Apps' doesn't work, still running processes and services. How do I stop this?

Razer 'Exit All Apps' doesn't work, still running processes and services. How do I stop this? Such as game manager (dont need it) and synapse service.exe, central sevice.exe

Do these processes take a lot of resources? When you hit Exit All Apps, does Synapse disappear from the taskbar? I'd appreciate it if you can share screenshots, so I can better understand what's going on and what you're trying to accomplish. You can upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. It would be best if you include your Synapse and Windows build versions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
