Razer firefly doesnt light up anymore

Hi,

I bought a Razer firefly 2 months ago and it was working fine until recently. The lights stopped lighting up but I can still see the mousepad and it says it on and working. Any solution for me?

Hi there, @TokyoTed! Were you able to try to plug the mousepad to another USB port or on another computer? If you still have the same issue, please do send me the serial number of your Razer Firefly through PM. Let's continue from there.
