Razer Firefly V2 Not Recognized

I owned my Mousepad for about 1-2 months and it was working fine for the first half the time, and now all of the sudden my Firefly V2 does not get recognized by my PC. ive tried multiple different USB slots and it works for a second and as soon as it sets up, it instantly disconnects and is not Recognizable anymore. I need Help please. i love the mouse pad and would hate to send it back.

    How does the mouse mat appear on the Device Manager? Send a screenshot of that, along with the serial number. For now, try to perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
