Razer Firmware update bricked Deathadder V2

I am writing to report a critical issue caused by a recent firmware update for my Razer mouse. Immediately after installing the update, the device became unusable. The cursor now moves slowly and erratically in a diagonal direction on its own, without any user input, making normal operation impossible.

Prior to the firmware update, the mouse was functioning perfectly with no hardware or performance issues. I have attempted basic troubleshooting steps including reconnecting the device, restarting my system, testing on another computer, and reinstalling drivers, but the issue persists. This strongly suggests the firmware update has corrupted the device functionality.

This situation has effectively “bricked” the mouse and disrupted my work. I expect a prompt resolution, whether through a firmware rollback tool, a patch to fix the issue, or a replacement if the device cannot be restored.

Please advise on the next steps as soon as possible. I am available to provide additional details such as serial number, firmware version, or diagnostic logs if needed.
