I attempted to use my Freyja cushion today and discovered that it won’t power on, there are no lights, no RGB, and no signs of life at all. It was working perfectly yesterday and hasn’t taken any damage in the month and a half I’ve owned it. I’ve likely used it for less than 15 hours total And I've owned it for barely 44 days

I’ve already tried multiple troubleshooting steps: testing different outlets, inspecting and cleaning the power cable, ensuring the connection is secure, and unplugging it for several minutes before trying again. Unfortunately, it still won’t turn on.

How should I go about further troubleshooting this issue or Initiating the process for receiving a replacement?
