razer freyja software issue

Hello. How are you? I hope you're well. As mentioned in the title, the Razer Freyja product, despite being released about two years ago, is still struggling with driver issues. After the latest Synapse and Chroma updates, the product, which was barely working, is now completely unusable. You released beta version 4.0.670, but the product can no longer even detect sound from the operating system. I tried a clean installation on both Windows 10 and Windows 11, but unfortunately, there was no result. The previous beta driver, even if it occasionally malfunctioned, continued to work after restarting the product, but the latest update has rendered it unusable. Given how much time has passed since the product's release, could you please release an update that will allow us to use this product without problems? The haptic technology is great, and the product is losing its potential due to problematic drivers. If I could, I would revert to the previous driver version, but unfortunately, I can't. My request is that you at least release a driver update that works correctly with the information coming from the audio channel. Could your software team finally work on this product?

I agree, i’ve never had such issues, usually when it was not picked up, a quick restart of synapse or the PC worked.

Now it didnt, so i reinstalled synapse, worked fine for 2h of gameplay, then suddenly boom, nothing, testing each zone individually works so its not the motors, the Audio-to-haptics are displaying the audio levels correctly, but they’re just all of a sudden gone altogether until i reinstall synapse and reboot the system again.

Whatever is going on with Synapse/Chroma is breazing Sensa Haptics on the Frejya (not happening on Kraken V3 pros)

if anyone has any quick fixes to this issue please let me know.

I have tried every solution in net also upgraded windows 10 to 11 but result is nothing

Freyja is working in test of vibration its all ok but it doesn’t respond in any application sound or game

İt seem only solution is razer has to update synapse 4 or synapse 4 beta or razer will allow us to downgrade to synapse 3 or synapse 3 beta

Anyone familiar with the HF8 Pro? if so does it work similar to the freyja? would i be able to play games other than racing sims and enjoy the haptics?
