Two weeks ago I bought the headphones and today the right headphone has stopped working.
It seems that the problem is that it is not charging in the case, but I already tried cleaning the magnets, made sure the case is charged and reset to factory settings and nothing works. They have not suffered any blows.
That is why I need help to find some kind of solution.
