Hello,

I purchased a $50 U.S. Razer Gift Card, but when I tried to use it, it showed a gift card balance of $0. I believe the card may have been redeemed before I was able to use it.

Could you please check:

Whether this gift card has already been redeemed.

The date and time it was redeemed.

Whether it was redeemed before I attempted to use it.

I can provide the card number, PIN, and proof of purchase if needed.
