A razer gold gift card Malaysia
7/11 store 50rm was bought and sent to me the card in physical card but could not redeemed due to invalid code or not activated code, I contacted razer support but was ask to contact the vendor or merchant but I did and and received a mail from the 7/11 costumer support that they had try and resolve my complaint and I should try redeem pin again but still the same error of invalid code
What can be done next in such case were a voucher is an active voucher but not being activated by a gift card store staff and no refund or exchange 🤔
