I purchased a 2000 Razer Gold controller but I can't use it because it requires email verification, and I haven't had access to that email address for a long time. I'm logging in here using Facebook. I request that you update my email address or transfer this Razer Gold controller to my newly created account. In the live chat, they only give copy-paste answers and tell me to wait 7-10 days. It's ridiculous that such a large and powerful company takes 7 days to resolve such a simple issue. I've been waiting for help since last night.
