I purchased two electronic Razer gift cards for my daughter. I received the email with the digital card number and the serial numbers.
when my daughter goes to her razer account it states put in the digital card number but it doesn’t work because it is too long or something. What number does she input? It strictly says the digital card numbers to be used? We are doing this long distance so it would a hard to figure out. Any help please?
Are you sure that when redeeming the card, she is choosing the correct type? There are multiple options.
If you’re not sure which type you bought The email you received should tell you. Could you check the email again and see whether it says Razer Gold or Razer Gift Card / RazerStore Gift Card?
Since they’re Razer Gift Cards, your daughter needs to choose this option on Razer Gold.
and if she doesn’t want to add them to her digital wallet she can buy stuff from the Razer Store and at checkout choose the giftcard option.
and the person asking for the full image of cards is 90% a scammer dont send them the image
Thank you I am not sure what she is choosing but wherever she chose it is asking for a 14 alphanumeric code and the digital code is 16

My daughter is saying she wants them converted to razer gold cards. This is all foreign to me. She needs it for a subscription for MK as she needs this installed professionally for a tournament. Does any of this make sense to you?
If she redeems them through Razer Gold, they will be converted into regular Razer Gold.
And good luck to her in the Mortal Kombat tournament the players in them are a bunch of sweats
