I purchased two razer gold card (each $500) from Best Buy in the store. I receive an “Ivalid PIN code” message for both and to contact Customer Support with PIN proof of purchase. I went back to the same store and they scanned it three separate times and showed me that it was “ACTIVE.” Still, not working. I put in a ticket with proof of purchase, error message, and picture of the two cards, and have heard nothing.
Has this ever happened to anyone? Can someone advise?
