Razer gold -Lost access to authenticator app and backup codes
I don't have access to my 2fa app , and I am unable to complete my purchase as I need 2fa is there a way to use my email for an OTP or change my 2fa . (I do not have my backup codes) I have submitted a ticket but I am yet to get a reply from razer gold.
