Razer Gold Lost Phone Number and Backup Code

I lost my old phone, so I don't have a backup password or authentication app. I wanted to pay with my Razer , but I couldn't pay without a backup code or a OTP from phone. Already sent a support ticket and still havent received a respond yet. I need this fix asap since currently there's a promo event in the game and my funds are pending.
