Razer Gold paid with paypal, still on Pending after a week

Hello sorry for the bother and bad english. I do have a little problem and need some help, either to get it solved or know what is happening.

 

In order to get the Genshin Impact collab wings I did 3 paypal refill of 10€ (to get 30€) the 16 Feb 2025.

Stayed on pending a few days… The 19th I opened a ticket (number 250219-001523 ) asking what is happening. Got asked for my full name which I answered the 20th using the support portal and since then no answer.

i’m trying to understand what is happening, Paypal shows only 2 transactions in pending so maybe one of them failed and block the 2 others making them all stuck in pending ???

Can somebody help me please ? ^^’
