Razer Gold Pending Gold Purchase


The Customer Services is blatantly useless , beating around the bushes and smokes bomb . Can’t reverse the transaction yet can’t get it through due to NO REASONS. All documentations , Transaction Numbers and Reference Numbers have been provided , yet can’t get simple transaction through. Turnaround time is 2-3 Days , as im rushing for an event . I find this very ridiculous to hold the money without very concrete reasoning.

i’m facing the same problem, the payment is succesfull yet i did not receive any razer gold

I'm facing the same problem. the payment was successful but the transaction in razer is still pending. already waited for a day and still no replies on the support ticket I submitted.

i also experienced the same issue. I have sent a ticket and it's been 5 days after the transaction but there has been no change.

Same Issue Is with Me But its Been More than 36 hours but still I haven't got my purchased I have Purchased $25 Global pin its still on pending My First experience is way too bad what's gonna Happen after it
