First of all, I'm sorry if I've written something wrong, English isn't my native language. I tried to get gold pins with Paypal because of the Genshin event. Razer says pending (since 5/6 Days) and when I go to the email and look at the payment status at Paypal, it says that it was canceled. Then I submit a ticket and the next day I check to see if I've received maybe a response and see that the ticket is gone and I still haven't received any help with my problem. Is that normal?
