Razer gold redemption not worjihg

Hello I received a gift card for Razer gold and I redeemed it but then after redeeming it for a gamestop card the GameStop card code is a invalid one. I've tried support I've waited nearly a week just for them to tell me to try again which is so ridiculous. The code I received does not work.
