Razer Gold Reload failed but money got deducted from my card.

On January 25th I tried reloading Razer Gold but I kept getting a failed to reload error. I tried several times and even though it showed failed I got charged but the reload doesn't show on my account balance, I tried contacting Customer support but haven't received a response, is there any way to fix this or get a refund?
