razer gold reload failed with pin | Razer Insider

Hi there!



It's been two times I buyed a "razer gold pin" from a website called Kinguin, which is not working. The first time I buyed the code the code didn't worked, it said "failed to reload", so I sended an email to their support (which worked cause they refunded me the money). And yesterday, I buyed another razer gift card on their site cause I thought maybe this one would work, and no, the PIN from their site still don't work.



So I'm starting to think they are selling already used PIN.

By the way, when I try to redeem the PIN, it doesn't even ask for an OTP code, which is weird, cause I think normally it should send an OTP code.



So if anybody here could help me or see if the code is already used, it would be kind.
