razer gold reload is still pending after 24hrs | Razer Insider

After reloading an certain amount, it is still pending and its already more than 24hrs. since i had the transaction. The amount was already deducted on my e-wallet which i loaded it from. 
 

i even provided all what they ask for at the initial report but never got a reply until now. Why is razer customer support taking too long to resolve this issue?
