The razer gold promotion is not giving me a rebate as advertised. I read the terms and conditions, and none of the terms should invalidate me from getting a rebate.

I submitted several tickets and none of them got solved.



Firstly, I can not get a rebate as I mentioned above. I received rebates before but sometimes I just can't. This is the second time I cannot get a rebate from similar promotions.



Secondly, I can not reach the profile page via the razer gold website. It keeps showing a pop-up window with the following message:

"Congratulations! Your profile is now complete. You have earned your remaining 500 Bonus Silver."

And automatically redirects me back to the razer gold front page. I tried all solutions from the support ticket responses but none worked. I replied to the ticket and no follow-ups.



Lastly, I can not receive an OTP via msg. The support ticket response gave me a copy-paste response with all possible causes but none of them works. I can receive OTP just fine from any other service provider/company. But razer just can't send me one.

This is very frustrating as the support team seems to have no clue about the problem and really does not care about the customer's experience.



This is a mess. Razer Gold is a mess to me. It is giving me more trouble than Google Points Reward. I might have to switch back to it.
