My issue is still unresolved and Im finding it more and more complicated to get ahold of, they used tom have a little chat window that would pop up to talk to someone, thats gone. I was told i would link up directly with them when i logged in till the issue was resolved, thats clearly not happening. I gave them all the information they asked for, and i was told to wait 5 days, its been over 5 days. My case number is 251227-002706, i would like to play my game, it makes me relax. Nothing about this situation is making me relax having to spend what seems like hours on here typing out these replys trying to get some attention to my problem. I did not scrape the numbers off, they just wernt there. Now when i buy any card I scratch everything off to make sure its readable before i buy it because i really dont want to have to go through this again when i havnt even got this matter resolved. ok Im stopping thank you and good bye

Hi there , I hear you I got the same problem my cards I bought 2 x $ had a high price value on it to play! What upset me the most ! Is the in competence of the store owner selling the cards, being rude, and shrude  about the card as if I would have scrachted of the numbers, while clearly you could see them on the on the black side of the tape. 
Never again I by any tickets from this store ever!

hi, i have tried to resister my blackshark v2 x but when i do it says that the serial number isn't recognized and i have made sure it is the right on my referring to the box and typing that is says next to S/N: all i want to so is to activate the 7.1 surround sound on it.

Thanks all for your input, I have done all of the suggestions you guys said it has been 6 times and just been jerky around, by you have 24-48 or we are closing issues being resolved anything but the truth. But one Store owner suggested get in touch  the BBB Canada. Which is my next step since I get her now where! $ not even standing behind there fatly product when the numbers are clearly are not there does not matter if you have a perfect frame copy of card which I do. But always finding something else that the tacos not press by the laundry mat, I guess will be next..,,
