I am not receiving any SMS OTP for my 2FA, I have tried using different devices, browsers, resetting my network, and it still won’t let me. If there is any Razer Support that could help me, I would like to change my 2FA from SMS OTP to an Authenticator. I have already loaded my Razer Gold Wallet not knowing that this issue has been happening from quite some time now. I have seen a few cases about this issue recently in my region. Can someone help me? Thank you!

The worst part here is the constant anticipation that it will be fixed & the fact that we have already topped up.

just create a support ticket to Reset 2FA of your account then set it up now to app authentication like microsoft authentication.
