RAZER GOLD SYSTEM GAVE ME A WRONG CODE
I just bought a RIOT PIN from RAZER GOLD and I cannot redeem the code through Valorant because It was region locked. I just found out that the RAZER GOLD gave me a LATIN AMERICA RIOT PIN CODE and not for my correct region.
My current location is in GUAM but the RAZER GOLD gave me a LATIN AMERICA CODE.
Please enlighten me and help me to solve this situation.
Note: I have tried contacting razer support but they won't give me refund/change about the wrong code they gave me.
