Hi everyone, I've been having a three-day-old problem where I try to purchase primogems from Genshin Impact, but I never receive the code from Razer during the Two-Factor Authentication. The only alternative solution to the text message are the emergency codes, but I don't have any left. I tried switching my SIM card to my other phone, but that also didn't work. I can't edit any emails or any security without my phone text message code.



Does anyone else have this problem? Razer let me reload Razer Gold without any two-factor authentication, so now I left my money in Razer Gold but can't spend it.
