Razer Gold System not Sending Two-Factor Authentication Code

I try to make a transaction with the razer gold card but it asks for the code on the sim for 2 factor authentication and I don't receive it, I mention that I haven't changed the number, I can't even choose another method because in order to access the backup codes I need the code received by sms which I don't receive
