Razer gold transaction cancelled

My transaction keeps getting cancelled instantly after going to checkout while trying to buy Xbox game pass. I have tried numerous times, even contacted razer support, and they told me just to try again… Maybe somebody here has had the same problem, because the support staff has been of no help at all :(
