Razer Goliathus Chroma with problem!!!

Hello, I'm having a problem with the Razer Goliathus Chroma, could you guys help me with my problem? I believe that I am not the first and I will not be the last one as well, I already read that other people already had the same problem, error name (Code 43) I do not know what to do anymore because I already reconnected the usb, I removed the drivers and installed again, I have tested on other computers, but nothing is resolved so I decide to appeal to the razer forums because I wanted to know if I end up going back to the store where I bought the product I will receive some kind of warranty on this because the razer products are not at all cheap, the problem in question is that windows does not recognize the usb would have a way to solve I think there is no more ways I believe it was a mistake developed in razer company. :frown_::frown_::frown_: Thank you for your attention, please help me with this.
