I bought a Razer mouse pad recently—the Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma model—and I can’t control its RGB in any way.
When I connect it to the computer, it shows up in Synapse 4 as if it’s installing, but once it finishes, it simply disappears from the list of connected devices. I can’t change anything on it.
It only remains visible in the “Studio” tab of the Chroma app, but nothing I change there actually works to change the mouse pad’s colors or effects.
I need help fixing this.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Synapse 4 by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the Synapse issue you're currently experiencing.
