After a year or 2 I unplugged it, tried different ports and computers and always same result. Barely any lights coming out near hub.
Any help would be appreciated, seems to be defect if I compare to similar threads with the same problem. What can I do to get that resolved?

Mine is also doing the same thing. You can only see the LED lighting about 2 inches from each side of the power box. Of course, it is out of warranty since I bought it several years ago (Halo Infinite edition).

Same issue. We should’ve just purchased the cheap knock offs on Amazon, it’s the same. Wasted $70 on a mouse pad only for it to stop working naturally. Honestly, deserve it for buying Razer products. It’s obvious that the warranty is only 1 year because they know it’ll only work for one year. The thing doesn’t even stay flat. Super clean, hasn’t even been used much. Sat in OEM box for the majority of the time I had it.
You guys broke the fiber optic trace my 2018 still works.
